Top 5 OTP’s

So today I’ll be talking about my top 5 OTP’s. As you may or might not know OTP stands for One True Pairing (so It’s sort of ironic that I’m even doing this blog post). OTP is usually a term coined in the fandom.

So let the list BEGIN!!!

5. Scomiche

Scomiche is the ship between two members of the a cappella group Pentatonix, Scott and Mitch. They run a YouTube channel called Superfruit. They’ve known each other for YEARS now, so they know each other very well. I know this is pretty mainstream, but I love it nevertheless…

4. Baz and Simon (from Carry On, by Rainbow Rowell)

I also love the two main characters and there absolute, undying love for each other. Even though a lot of people think that Carry On is a Harry Potter rip-off, therefore not worth reading, I still love Carry On. Baz and Simon have this dynamic that I always crave for in a fictional relationship.

3. Wolfstar (Harry Potter)

Wolfstar is the ship between two of the Harry Potter marauders, Sirius Black and Remus Lupin. The name originates from the root words of their names. Sirius is the name of a star and Lupin is the name of the wolf that found Rome, hence WolfStar. I mainly ship them because, why not.

And they literally stare at each other for more than 100 lines. COME ON!

2. Dramione (Harry Potter)

Were any of you surprised when I said this? No, not really is probably your answer. I Dramione is the ship between Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger. I absolutely love it because I love to see their hate, blossom into friendship and finally love. It really is a rollercoaster of emotions.

  1. JOHNLOCK (Sherlock)

Need I explain any further than this…

(credits go to Zimbio for this one).

Thanks for listening (or technically reading) this blog post!

I’ve been avoiding this topic for too long.

I need to address the one person/thing everyone is talking about.

Yes, I have finally screwed up the courage to say his name.

Let’s start by saying this. I began following the US election from the second debate, and since then have become hooked to that, and later, Donald Trump’s presidency. As a disclaimer, I want to state that my opinion is my opinion, and I am in no way belittling yours.

Let’s actually get on with this shall we?

I am not a fan of Trump. But I can see why some people are. I can also see why Hillary Clinton lost.

(Another disclaimer: I am in NO WAY a political analyst, just someone who has something to say.)

Let’s talk about the first point I made. I am not a fan of Trump, because I think he is racist, doesn’t care about anything other than money, doesn’t believe in global warming and he doesn’t ACTUALLY know what he is doing. But he is also a businessman, which brings me to my second point. I understand why there are people who are fans of Trump.

There are people that are fans of Trump because he appeals to Americans, because Trump lives the American dream, and Trump knows what the people want. They want to be heard, and that’s what Trump promised. Now this is where Hillary went wrong. Hillary didn’t connect. She didn’t try to bring her arguments to the people of the country. She brought it to the middle-class. Again, I’m not saying that Trump’s good and Hillary’s bad, I’m just saying that Trump knew how to appeal to the audience, while Hillary didn’t.

Now I know this is a really heavy topic, but it’s something that I thought I should address.

Don’t worry this won’t be a common thing (or will it… DUN DUN DUN), and my next blog post is about my OTP’s sooooo…

Thank you for listening (or reading)!
